With their current lead stepping back, they need someone passionate about ensuring this caring team continues to excel, fostering personal growth and development. Your role involves clinical work, mentoring, and strategic planning, with opportunities for input at regular business support events. Prior managerial experience isn't necessary.
Situated amidst the picturesque countryside near J13/J14 of the M5, the practice boasts a tranquil setting on the edge of the Cotswolds. Easily commutable from Gloucester, Bristol, and Cheltenham, this single-site practice enjoys a bustling caseload and strong client bonds. Supported by experienced RVNs, nursing assistants, and a dedicated reception team, they collaborate closely with other practices in the network, offering exposure to diverse cases and colleague support.
What's the role like?
Ideally full-time (40 hours) with a share in the Saturday rota, though part-time options are considered. Flexible working arrangements are possible. You'll contribute to clinical work, mentorship, and business strategy, with ample support provided, including learning and development opportunities for Clinical Directors.

Salary up to £72,000 based on experience
6.6 weeks holiday (incl. Bank Holidays)
